The mission of re:work is clear: Make Our Workplaces Look More Like Our Neighborhoods. Starting with The Tech Industry, We Are Building A Bridge Between Overlooked Candidates and Meaningful Careers. Due to the complex 3 way nature of re:work (volunteers, corporate partners, students) we had to develop a social media presence that would accommodate for all KPI’s and be relevant for the context the company is in.
Due to the important subject matter, a social media strategy able to be implemented in every scenario rapidly was the first priority. We managed to achieve this goal by utilizing an example-based strategy with numerous visualization and templates in order to leave the client with a macro strategy and micro-steps towards achieving their overall goals.
